  • Samosa with fresh cream

 Preparation:
• 4 sheets ready made samosa pastry : foil pastry for frying or puff pastry to cook in the oven
• 300 gr fresh creamy cheese (type goat cheese)
Sweet :
• 1 tbsp liquid honey
• 1 handful of raisins
• 2 tbsp roasted pine nuts
• 1 tbsp olive oil
Savoury :
• 2 small onions, finely chopped
• a bunch of chives or a clove of garlic, finely chopped
• 2 tbsp roasted pine nuts
• fleur de sel
• pepper from the mill

Sweet :

Heat the olive oil in a pan on soft fire and nurture the pine nuts and raisins.

Let color the pine nuts. Add the pine nuts and raisins to the cheese.

Add the honey, spray 2 doses essential oil tarragon on the cheese and stir everything gently.

 

Savoury:

 

Add the chopped onions and chives / garlic (amount to taste) with the cheese.

Spray 2 doses essential oil tarragon on the cheese, add the pine nuts and mingle gently.

Divide the cheese over the pastry. Fold triangular packets such as samosas, or small round baskets.

Bake them for 10 min. in a preheated oven (180° C), or in a pan with olive oil.

Serve with young spinach leaves, and baked sliced ham (optional).
