Delivery

For deliveries to European Union and Swiss, we send our orders by Colissimo (a signature will be required at the delivery point).

For deliveries to metropolitan France and Belgium, we send our orders by Mondial Relay, in parcelshops.
For deliveries to metropolitan France, we also send our orders by Colissimo without signature.

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment. We will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

At the beginning of your order, the delivery rates of the basket are, by default, the ones of Mondial Relay. You will choose the carrier during the stage 4 of your order.
We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
